Services
From market research and finding buyers to negotiation, customs clearance and logistics.

01
Finding Korean buyers
I shortlist Korean companies that are likely to need your product.
I contact them directly, introduce your product and find out whether they are interested.
Finding buyers is a matter of probability — nobody can promise a deal. What I can promise is a genuine search, direct conversations, and staying with you all the way through negotiation.
-
02
Korean market research
Before looking for buyers, we first check whether your product has a real chance in Korea.
I research competing products, price ranges, sales channels and the requirements you would face entering the market.
You receive the findings as a report. If I conclude there is no real opportunity, I will tell you plainly.
-
03
Negotiating on your behalf
I meet Korean buyers on your behalf and discuss terms such as price, volume and lead time.
This is more than interpreting. I tell you whether the other side is being polite or serious, and whether the terms make sense.
A common pattern in Korean companies: your contact says yes, but internal approval never comes. I help you see where it is stuck.
-
04
Import requirement checks
The same product entering Korea might need KC certification, might have to go through the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS), or might simply have a labelling problem.
I check what could block it before you ship, so your goods do not get stuck at customs.
Whose name a certification is issued under, and which documents are needed, varies a lot by product. I check each point.

05
Support for your visit to Korea
From airport pickup onward, I arrange your schedule and accompany you to buyer meetings, trade shows and factory visits.
I am based near Gimhae Airport in Busan, so we can meet soon after you land.
Charged by the day, at published rates.

06
Ongoing management after the deal
Closing the deal is only the start. Documents, logistics, payments, claims — I keep handling the Korean side.
I arrange the shipping as well — comparing rates, booking the cargo and following it through to arrival.
I do not make the introduction and walk away.
Whatever comes up in Korea, I deal with it on your behalf.
Finding buyers: two stages
-
Stage 1
Korean market research report
First, we check whether your product has a real chance in the Korean market.
I research competing products, price ranges, sales channels and entry requirements, and deliver the findings as a report.
If there is no real opportunity, we stop here.
-
Stage 2
Buyer outreach and negotiation
Once there is a clear opportunity, I look for buyers, contact them and move negotiations forward.
When a deal closes, a success fee applies.
The rate is agreed based on the product and the scale of the business.
How we work
- 1 Tell me about your product and situation, by email or WeChat
- 2 I first assess whether it has a chance in Korea
- 3 We agree on the scope and terms
- 4 Work begins, with regular progress updates
FAQ
Can I sell in Korea without a Korean company?
Yes. The Korean buyer acts as the importer, so you can export without a Korean entity. However, if you want to distribute directly or sell on Korean online platforms, you will need a Korean entity or a customs clearance code issued by Korea Customs Service.
Who obtains the certification?
Korean safety certifications such as KC are usually obtained in the name of the Korean importer. If the manufacturer wants to hold the certification itself, a separate process is required. It depends on the product, so we check this for you in advance.
Do I pay if no buyer is found?
The Stage 1 market research report is charged regardless of the outcome, because the report itself is the deliverable. For Stage 2 buyer outreach, a fee applies only when a deal closes.
How do I receive payment for the goods?
The Korean buyer pays your company directly. The money never passes through our account. We charge our agency fee separately.
How do I send samples?
Small quantities of free samples can often go through simplified customs clearance. The process depends on the product and quantity, so we check before you ship.
How are fees calculated?
Visit support is charged by the day at published rates. Other services vary by product and scale, and we agree on terms before starting.
